Hi,
I am following up again regarding Order #28353.
I visited USPS in person today, and they checked the tracking through their internal system. They explained that USPS never physically received or accepted the package. The only record is that the shipping label was created and pre-shipment information was sent. There is no acceptance scan.
I have attached the printout provided by USPS. Since it has been over a week and USPS confirms they do not have the item, could you please look into this and send a replacement?
