1. Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1β2 business days after payment is successfully received and approved. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends, holidays, and periods of high order volume.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.

Processing times are separate from shipping transit times.

We reserve the right to delay, hold, or cancel any order if additional payment verification, address verification, or fraud review is required.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery

Available shipping methods and shipping rates are shown at checkout based on the delivery address and order contents.

Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed shipping service is specifically purchased and stated as such.

Once an order has shipped, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. It is the customerβs responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure that the shipping address is secure and available for delivery.

Magnus Barber Supply is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, holidays, service interruptions, or other events outside our control.
3. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Returned to Sender & Abandoned Packages: If your package is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, or failure to collect the package, we will notify you via the email address provided at checkout. You will have 14 calendar days from the date of our email to respond and arrange for reshipment. Please note that additional shipping fees will apply to reship the order. If we do not receive a response within 14 days, the package will be legally classified as abandoned property. Abandoned packages will be disposed of or restocked, and no refund, store credit, or replacement will be issued.

We reserve the right to contact the customer to confirm the shipping address before dispatch, especially for orders flagged by our fraud-prevention or address-verification systems.
4. Domestic and International Shipping
We ship to both domestic and international destinations where available.
International Orders

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, VAT, and other charges imposed by the destination country.

Magnus Barber Supply is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, local postal services, import restrictions, or country-specific delivery requirements.

If an international order is refused, abandoned, returned, or held due to unpaid duties, customs issues, import restrictions, or failure to collect the package, any refund issued may exclude the original shipping cost, return shipping charges, customs-related fees, and handling costs.

US Plug Notice for International Orders: All electronic products sold by Magnus Barber Supply are supplied with a US plug configuration unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page. International customers are solely responsible for confirming compatibility with their countryβs plug type, voltage, frequency, electrical standards, adapter requirements, transformer requirements, and import regulations before placing an order.

Magnus Barber Supply is not responsible for incompatibility related to US plug type, voltage differences, adapter use, transformer use, or local electrical standards. A product will not be considered defective, incorrect, or not as described solely because it includes a US plug on an international order, unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the products ordered are lawful to import and suitable for use in their country before purchase.
5. Delivery Issues, Lost Packages, and Marked-as-Delivered Orders

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Magnus Barber Supply assumes no liability for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

If your tracking information shows that your package was "Delivered" but you cannot locate it, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier directly to file a trace and file a report with your local authorities if theft is suspected. Magnus Barber Supply will not issue refunds, store credit, or replacements for any order that the carrier has confirmed as successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.

For claims of lost or stolen packages exceeding $100 where carrier error is suspected, Magnus Barber Supply requires a copy of a filed local police report before any assistance, replacement, or refund inquiry can be initiated.
6. Return Window & Tracking Requirement

We accept eligible return requests made within 15 calendar days of delivery.

To request a return, email info@magnussupply.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Return requests made after 15 days from delivery may be denied.

Approved returns must be shipped back within the timeframe provided in the return instructions. Returns sent without approval may be refused.

Mandatory Return Tracking: All approved returns must be shipped back to us with a valid tracking number. Once you ship the item, you must reply to your return authorization email with the carrier and tracking information. Magnus Barber Supply is not responsible for any return packages lost in transit. If a return is shipped back to us without a tracking number, or without prior email approval, the package will be refused and no refund will be processed.
7. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened where applicable, in original condition, in the original packaging, and returned with all included accessories, manuals, inserts, tags, guards, protective materials, and components.

Returned items must be free of signs of use, hair, scratches, dents, residue, odor, tampering, wear, or damage not caused during transit.

All returns are inspected before a refund, replacement, or exchange is approved.

Rejected Returns & Abandoned Property: If a rejected return is received (e.g., the item arrives dirty, used, or otherwise non-compliant), the customer has 14 calendar days to provide a prepaid return label. After 14 days, the item is considered abandoned and will be disposed of without a refund.
8. Non-Returnable and Final Sale Items
For hygiene, safety, product integrity, and resale reasons, the following items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Opened or used clippers, trimmers, shavers, foils, blades, shears, combs, brushes, razors, and similar personal-use tools.

Opened liquids, sprays, aftershaves, gels, creams, disinfectants, powders, and other consumable products.

Sanitary or personal-care items.

Clearance and final sale items.
-
Gift cards, promotional, or free items.
-
Special-order, custom, engraved, personalized, or made-to-order products.
9. Return Shipping Costs

Buyerβs Remorse Returns: If the customer wishes to return an item for reasons such as ordering the wrong item, no longer wanting the item, ordering by mistake, or any reason not caused by Magnus Barber Supply, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, the original shipping charge, and any applicable restocking fee.

Returns Due to Our Error: If the return is due to a verified Magnus Barber Supply error (e.g., wrong item shipped, materially different from listing, or arrived damaged), we may, at our discretion, provide a prepaid return label, replace the item, send a missing part, issue store credit, or issue a refund.

International Returns: All international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a verified Magnus Barber Supply error and we choose to provide alternate resolution.
10. Restocking Fee

Any approved return that is not received in original new condition is subject to a strict 20% restocking fee.

Items missing original packaging components, manuals, inserts, guards, or accessories will incur a 50% deduction based on depreciated value.

If an item is returned used, damaged after delivery, tampered with, or missing major components, Magnus Barber Supply may deny the return and no refund will be issued unless required by law.
11. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or potentially defective, the customer must contact info@magnussupply.com within 3 calendar days of delivery.

Unboxing Video Recommendation: We highly recommend taking a continuous unboxing video when you receive your package, as this expedites damage claims with our shipping carriers.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, clear photos of the item, clear photos of the outer shipping box, clear photos of the shipping label, and, when applicable, a short video showing the defect or malfunction.

Anti-Fraud Inspection: To protect against fraudulent returns, Magnus Barber Supply documents product identifiers, batch codes, and manufacturing details prior to dispatch. Any returned item that does not exactly match the unit originally shipped to you (including swapped components, different manufacture dates, or missing internal guards) will be immediately rejected and reported as fraud.

An item will not be considered defective if the issue is caused by misuse, accidental damage, improper maintenance, improper storage, improper installation, unauthorized modification or repair, use with incorrect voltage or electrical setup, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow product instructions.
12. Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges on all items. If an exchange is approved, it may be processed as a replacement shipment, store credit, or a return and new purchase.

If a replacement item is unavailable, we may offer store credit or a refund instead.
13. Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify the customer whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.

Refunds may be reduced by original shipping charges, return shipping costs, restocking fees, customs-related charges, missing item deductions, or damage-related deductions.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified Magnus Barber Supply error.
14. Order Changes and Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly, so order changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once an order is placed.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact info@magnussupply.com as soon as possible. If an order has already been packed, prepared, fulfilled, or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Refusing delivery does not cancel the order and may result in the original shipping charge, return shipping charge, and any carrier fees being deducted from any refund.
15. Fraud Prevention and Abuse of Policy

To protect our customers and business, Magnus Barber Supply reserves the right to hold orders for security review, request identity or address verification, cancel suspected fraudulent orders, limit quantities, refuse service, or deny returns where there is evidence of policy abuse, excessive return activity, fraud, or attempted chargeback abuse.

Chargeback Abuse: Filing a false chargeback is considered fraud. We actively dispute all unwarranted chargebacks with tracking data, IP addresses, and correspondence, and reserve the right to report fraudulent claims to collections agencies and law enforcement.
16. Warranty

Many products sold by Magnus Barber Supply are covered by a manufacturerβs warranty, not a Magnus Barber Supply warranty.

Warranty coverage, duration, exclusions, and remedies are determined solely by the manufacturer unless otherwise stated on the product page.

For international orders, warranty claims are generally handled directly with the manufacturer. Any shipping costs associated with warranty service are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer.
