1. Warranty Period
This limited warranty is valid for a period of six (6) months from the original date of purchase. To exercise your warranty rights, a valid proof of purchase is required.
2. What is Covered
This warranty covers any mechanical or structural defects that arise during normal, intended use. If a component fails due to a manufacturing flaw within the first six months, Magnus will repair or replace the unit at our discretion.
3. What is NOT Covered (Exclusions)
To maintain the high performance of a precision instrument like the Magnus Airbrush, proper care is essential. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from:
Improper Maintenance: Clogs, buildup, or seized components caused by a failure to clean the airbrush thoroughly after each use.
Accidental Damage: Units that have been dropped, stepped on, or subjected to external physical impact.
Bent Needles: As the needle is a high-precision, fragile component, damage or bending caused by improper handling, storage, or cleaning is considered wear-and-tear or accidental damage.
Unauthorized Modifications: Any attempts to alter the internal mechanics or use non-Magnus replacement parts.
