Return & Refund Policy

At Magnus Barber Supply, we stand behind the quality of our tools and products. We value your business and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

1. 15-Day Return Window

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If 15 days have passed since your order was delivered, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange, and any warranty issues regarding electrical tools must be directed to the manufacturer.

2. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Liquids)

Due to the strict hygiene standards of the barbering industry, we cannot accept returns on certain items once they have been opened or used.

  • Liquids & Consumables: Shampoos, styling gels, shaving creams, aftershaves, and other consumables are Final Sale if the safety seal is broken or if the product has been used.

  • Sanitary Tools: Razors, blades, and shears that show signs of use (hair, skin cells, or sanitizing residue) cannot be returned unless they are defective upon arrival.

3. Electrical Tools & Manufacturer Warranties

Defects within 15 days: If a clipper, trimmer, or other electrical tool is defective out of the box or fails within the first 15 days of use, Magnus Barber Supply will exchange it for a new unit or provide a refund.

Defects after 15 days: After 15 days, all electrical tools are covered strictly by the Manufacturer’s Warranty (e.g., Wahl, Andis, BaByliss, JRL). You must contact the manufacturer directly for repair or replacement. We are happy to provide you with a copy of your original receipt to assist with your warranty claim.

4. Returns Due to "Change of Mind"

If you decide you do not want an item, you may return it under the following strict conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and plastic sleeves included.

  • Restocking Fee: Returns strictly due to customer preference are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover administrative and processing costs.

  • Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items Received

If you received an item that was damaged during shipping, or if we sent you the wrong item, please contact us immediately.

  • Reporting: Email us at info@magnussupply.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damage or the wrong item.

  • Resolution: We will send you a prepaid return shipping label and issue a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

6. How to Initiate a Return

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

  1. Email info@magnussupply.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  2. Our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the shipping address.

  3. Inspection: Once your return is received, it will be inspected. If the item is found to be used, damaged by the user, or missing packaging, the return will be rejected. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to them.

7. Refunds

If your return is approved after inspection, your refund will be processed (minus any applicable restocking fees), and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
