Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy applies to products purchased from Magnus Barber Supply through a recurring, deferred, subscription, pre-order, or other special purchase arrangement offered on MagnusSupply.com.
This policy applies only when a product is specifically identified as having a purchase option. Standard one-time purchases are governed by our regular Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refund Policy.
By selecting a purchase option and completing your order, you agree to the pricing, billing frequency, fulfillment schedule, cancellation terms, and other conditions displayed for that purchase option at the time of checkout.
1. Subscription Purchases
If Magnus Barber Supply offers a product on a subscription basis, the product page and checkout will display the applicable subscription price and billing frequency before you complete your purchase.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the payment method provided at checkout to be charged automatically at the frequency disclosed when you subscribe, including applicable shipping charges and taxes, until the subscription ends or is canceled.
You may cancel an active subscription at any time before the next recurring charge is processed, unless a different cancellation deadline is clearly disclosed for a particular subscription before purchase.
Cancellation prevents future recurring charges. It does not automatically cancel, refund, or reverse an order or payment that has already been processed.
If a recurring order has already been processed, fulfilled, or shipped before the cancellation request is received or completed, that order will remain subject to our regular Returns & Refund Policy.
Shopify's checkout for subscription purchases requires customers to acknowledge that recurring charges will continue until the subscription ends or is canceled.
2. How to Cancel a Subscription
When subscription-management functionality is available through your Magnus Barber Supply customer account, you may use your account to view and manage your subscription.
Depending on the subscription system available, you may be able to cancel, skip, pause, resume, update your payment method, or change your shipping information directly through your customer account.

Please provide the email address associated with the subscription and sufficient information for us to identify the applicable subscription.
Cancellation requests should be submitted before the next scheduled billing date. We recommend submitting requests with sufficient time for the cancellation to be processed before the next payment is scheduled.
If a recurring payment has already been successfully processed before the cancellation becomes effective, cancellation will normally apply beginning with the following billing cycle.
3. Subscription Price Changes
Subscription pricing will remain subject to the terms disclosed when you subscribe and any subsequent changes permitted by applicable law and the applicable subscription arrangement.
If the price of an ongoing subscription changes, Magnus Barber Supply will provide any notice required by applicable law before charging the revised recurring price.
A change to the regular retail price of a product does not necessarily change the price of an existing subscription unless the subscription terms provide for such a change.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or government-imposed fees may also change independently of the product price.
4. Failed or Declined Subscription Payments
If a scheduled recurring payment is declined or cannot be processed, the subscription platform or payment provider may attempt to process the payment again in accordance with its payment-retry procedures.
We may also notify you that your payment method needs to be updated.
If payment cannot be successfully completed, Magnus Barber Supply may pause, suspend, or cancel the applicable subscription.
We are not obligated to ship a recurring subscription order until the required payment has been successfully authorized or collected.
5. Changes to Subscription Orders
Requests to change a subscription product, quantity, shipping address, billing information, delivery frequency, or other subscription setting should be submitted before the next recurring order is processed.
Changes are not guaranteed after an order has already been generated, processed, fulfilled, or shipped.
A change to a subscription does not necessarily affect an order that has already entered processing.
6. Pre-Orders
From time to time, Magnus Barber Supply may allow customers to pre-order products before they are available for immediate shipment.
The applicable product page will provide the expected availability or shipping information available to us at the time the pre-order is placed.
Pre-order dates are estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed. Product launches, manufacturer delays, transportation disruptions, customs delays, production changes, allocations, or other circumstances may affect the expected release or shipping date.
If a pre-order has not yet entered fulfillment, you may contact info@magnussupply.com to request cancellation.
Once a pre-order has been processed, prepared for shipment, fulfilled, or transferred to a carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible. After shipment, any eligible return will be governed by our regular Returns & Refund Policy.
If Magnus Barber Supply cannot ship a pre-order within the timeframe originally represented, we will provide any notice and cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.
Shopify specifically advises merchants offering pre-orders that they must have a reasonable basis for the stated shipping timeframe. If the promised timeframe cannot be met, customers must be informed of the revised date and applicable cancellation or refund rights.
7. Pre-Order Payments and Authorizations
Depending on the specific pre-order, payment may be collected when the order is placed, collected later, or authorized for a future charge.
The payment arrangement applicable to a particular pre-order will be disclosed during checkout.
By completing the pre-order, you authorize Magnus Barber Supply and its payment providers to process the payment according to the terms displayed at checkout.
If you cancel an eligible pre-order for which payment has already been collected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.
After the refund is issued, additional processing time may be required by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider before the funds appear in your account.
8. Try-Before-You-Buy Purchases
If Magnus Barber Supply ever offers a Try-Before-You-Buy purchase option, the applicable trial period, payment date, product eligibility requirements, return deadline, and any other conditions will be disclosed before purchase.
Under this type of purchase arrangement, merchandise may be shipped before the full purchase price is collected. By selecting the option, you authorize the applicable payment method to be charged at the time disclosed during checkout if the product is not returned in accordance with the applicable trial terms.
Shopify describes Try-Before-You-Buy as a purchase option where merchandise can be fulfilled before payment is collected and the customer is charged at a specified later date.
Because many products sold by Magnus Barber Supply are hygiene-sensitive barbering and personal-care products, Try-Before-You-Buy availability may be restricted or unavailable for clippers, trimmers, shavers, blades, foils, razors, combs, brushes, consumables, and other products that cannot reasonably be resold after use.
Where a Try-Before-You-Buy option is offered, the specific terms displayed with that product will control.
9. Refunds Following Cancellation
Canceling a subscription or other purchase option does not automatically create a right to a refund for merchandise already shipped, delivered, or processed.
Refund eligibility for completed orders remains subject to our Returns & Refund Policy, including our 15-calendar-day return period and applicable eligibility, hygiene, final-sale, and product-condition requirements.
If a recurring or deferred payment was charged in error after a properly completed cancellation became effective, please contact info@magnussupply.com so that we can review and correct the transaction when appropriate.
10. Promotional Subscription Pricing
From time to time, Magnus Barber Supply may offer discounted subscription pricing, introductory promotions, free products, discounted initial shipments, or other incentives associated with a purchase option.
The specific terms of the promotion will be disclosed with the offer.
Cancellation of a subscription will not ordinarily require repayment of discounts properly received before cancellation unless the promotional terms clearly disclosed a specific minimum commitment or other condition before purchase and that condition is permitted by applicable law.
Promotional offers have no cash value unless otherwise expressly stated.
11. Product Availability and Discontinued Products
Subscription or recurring purchase availability does not guarantee that a particular product will remain available indefinitely.
If a subscribed product becomes unavailable, discontinued, restricted, or cannot reasonably be fulfilled, Magnus Barber Supply may pause or cancel the affected subscription.
We will not automatically substitute a materially different product and charge you for it without appropriate notice or authorization.
If an order has been charged but cannot be fulfilled, the applicable amount will be refunded.
12. Cancellation by Magnus Barber Supply
Magnus Barber Supply may cancel or suspend a subscription, pre-order, deferred purchase, or other purchase option for legitimate reasons, including product discontinuation, inventory limitations, failed payments, inability to verify payment information, suspected fraud, misuse of a purchase option, shipping restrictions, legal requirements, or other circumstances that reasonably prevent fulfillment.
If Magnus Barber Supply cancels a purchase option, no additional recurring charges will be intentionally collected after the cancellation becomes effective.
If payment has already been collected for merchandise that we cannot fulfill, the applicable amount will be refunded.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Purchase Options Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the purchase options we offer, our technology, Shopify functionality, our business practices, or applicable legal requirements.
Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
The Last Updated date at the top of this policy identifies the most recent revision.
14. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Purchase Options Cancellation Policy is intended to eliminate, restrict, or waive cancellation, refund, automatic-renewal, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
If applicable law provides rights greater than those described in this policy, applicable law will control.
