  2. Provide Your Customization:

    • For Text: Type your exact wording in the text box on this page and select your font.

    • For Logos: Upload your accepted vector file (.SVG, .AI, .EPS, or vector .PDF) directly through the uploader before adding to cart.

  3. We Handle the Rest: Our engraving specialists will calibrate the laser to your specific item, execute the burn with microscopic precision, and prepare your completed piece for rapid shipping.

Order Notes & Policies

  • Processing Time: Because every personalized item is custom-made to order and requires precision laser setup, please allow an additional 3–4 business days for processing and inspection prior to shipping.

  • Accuracy Check: Please double-check all spelling, dates, and formatting before submitting your order. We engrave exactly what is submitted.

  • Final Sale: Due to the permanent nature of custom laser engraving, all personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Returns

What is the return policy?

We offer free returns within 30 days of the date you received it. Please make sure you put items back in their original packaging before you send them back to us. The product must be unworn and unwashed, with hang tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. All products are subject to inspection once we receive them.

How long does the refund take?

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. All major credit card providers generally take 5-7 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

The best way to change your order is to contact our support or simply give us a call during our business hours. If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.

What do I do if I received a defective order?

Chances of receiving defective item is very rare but it could happen. Please take pictures of a product which shows defect clearly & contact our support to check if it's eligible for replacement.
